    Rest day today. I am so sore from increasing the intensity. My muscles are screaming!!! :yikes

    Got my 4 miles in before the rain.

    Neither could I when I just started. It took a year before I gradually did the transition from walking to jogging to running. And before that I was in fairly good shape because I was a step class addict!

    I have been watching your progress, so believe me, "someday" for you will come a lot sooner than you can imagine!!!!!

          Thanks! I hope so. I've been trying to slowly increase my incline and my speed on the treadmill, and my 5 minute jog is definitely easier. Slowly but surely!

          Okay as for today, I did 30 minutes on the treadmill "low intensity" workout.
