Hey!
Got my 4 miles in before the rain.
Neither could I when I just started. It took a year before I gradually did the transition from walking to jogging to running. And before that I was in fairly good shape because I was a step class addict!JordanII wrote:
by the time you can run 4 miles at an easy lope it takes a lot more sustained effort than what I put into the above.

Can't imagine what it must be like to run 4 miles at an easy lope! Must feel great! I jog my 5 minutes at 4mph and about DIE! ha! Some day
I have been watching your progress, so believe me, "someday" for you will come a lot sooner than you can imagine!!!!!

Thanks! I hope so. I've been trying to slowly increase my incline and my speed on the treadmill, and my 5 minute jog is definitely easier. Slowly but surely!Originally posted by JordanIII have been watching your progress, so believe me, "someday" for you will come a lot sooner than you can imagine!!!!!

Okay as for today, I did 30 minutes on the treadmill "low intensity" workout.Stacy
