      Goodmorning everybody :wave

I got my 30 minutes on the Elliptical with Interactive Trainer out the way this morning :joy I'm sure glad I did it. I was aiming for an hour but my toes got numb and I didn't want to burn myself out. I'll raise my time gradually as time goes on.

        Updated

I'm planning to do one of my WATP videos but I haven't done it yet. I'll fess up later tonight as to whether I actually got it done or not.

I also wanted to take a second to tell you about a couple additions for yall to work for starting with this challenge....

#1 - If you manage to avoid the icky ol' slugs you'll have this slapped next to your name on the next challenge's chart. Ooooooohhh! Ahhhhhhhhhhh! That ought to get some rears in gear. Don't ya think? Hehehe

#2 - Those that actually continue check in throughout the challenge will have their names highlighted in yellow on the next chart if they continue with the challenges.

          45 minutes of yoga!

Instead of the treadmill, decided to try a beginner's yoga class :yikes No wonder Madonna looks like she does! It looks so easy but it is soooo HARD. Not sure if it is my cup of tea or will do it again, but my hat is off to those who do it!

Ok I usually take Sunday off, but in the interest of being a better me....

I walked for 30 minutes at a moderate pace
then 30 minutes at a VERY vigorous pace.

Man I need to do that on a more level surface or stick to my aerobics tapes. Whoa my legs feel whoa

Well, so far today I have been painting the exterior of the house which has entailed climbing up and down the ladder, stretches and squats along with the arm motion. I am still hoping to get the video in this evening, if I can move when we are done!!

OK got 40 minute Gaiam ball video in as well as the painting.

30 minutes walking on treadmill with heartrate up in the nice fat-burning rate. Stretches and crunches.

I have to go back to work tomorrow after two weeks of Spring break, so I cut my evening short in the interest of sleep. Boooo hissss on work.
