rung 2 - dairy (some milk in coffee)
rung 3 - seeds, nuts (mostly sprinkled on salads)

rung 7 - other fruits
rung 8 - carrots/ potatoes (nah, prolly not)
rung 9 - whole grains (fresh Dutch breads...)
