    Hey!

    Am pressed for time today so did a 30 minute Step Tape.
    Yesterday (Sun.) was my Rest Day.

    See you all tomorrow.

    Hey yall.

    I did 40 minutes of Elliptical. I feel good and I'm hoping to see everybody slide through here today.

      Will do 30 min treadmill at killer speed (for me) and 30 min weights.

        So far I've done a mile and a half on my gazelle (@22 minutes), and will do another mile and a half to equal 3 miles and 45 minutes. :yes I'm feeling pretty good.

          ran around the church kitchen lots yesterday! does that count towards anything? lol

          got done with my stuff early today.
          6.8 miles on the stationary bike
          35 minutes
          burning up 402 calories. (50 more than usual)

          crunches:
          1 set , 11 reps
          phone rang yackity yack
          3 sets, 11 reps

            Okay...did 30 minutes on the treadmill at 3mph and 8% incline with a 5 minute session on 9% incline.

            Also started doing crunches today. I'm going off the end of Richard Simmon's Disco Sweat :dancing . He has 5 minutes of crunches at the end of the tape, so after my treadmill, I'm doing those.

              Ok I posted my walking yesterday I hope. If not I walked moderately for 30 min, (warm up and cool down) and briskly for 30 min.


              Today I did a 30 minute aerobic/resistance tape and a 50 min aerobic tape.

                  I did a 20 min dance workout vid. I had planned to either play on the treadmill or pull out a WATP vid later but I didn't.
