    Hmmm..well, here we go..

    My totals:
    Weight Loss: 8.5
    Inches: 2

    I feel like my upper body has lost all the inches its going to (that is fine with me). My lower body is holding onto the inches with all its might.
    Anyhoo..I have a break down of all my measurements if needed.

          Now I'm really kicking myself for getting lazy this last week--I more than doubled inches lost from last time! My body was willing to lose and I was sitting on my backside instead of taking advantage

          Weight loss--20 pounds (same as last 6 week)
          Inches lost--20.5"
          330/216/130

          Goal 1- 280 Met July 20, 2009
