      136 - No longer overweight (yes, I know this is lower than my goal weight)

        Barely got in a half-an-hour run. Being an adult (doing laundry, cooking, cleaning house, shopping, etc.) takes a lot of time.

          it was anything but a rest day but it was all work hours which i am not counting here. that means a rest day for this challenge.

                  I can't believe it's been 6 weeks--and I finished with such a lazy exercise week. Ah well, 30 minute walk for me today.
