      40 mins of Yoga.
      1st goal 248 lbs (I made it!)
      2nd goal 238 lbs (I made it!)
      3rd goal 228 lbs
      4th goal 218 lbs
      5th goal 208 lbs
      6th goal 198 lbs ONEDERLAND!!!

        Walking during the day then abs blast and yoga classes in the evening

          30 minute bike ride and 30 flights of stairs (I couldn't find any fun workout videos at our small town library so I'll have to make do with what I have til I can buy something).
