    I've spent the better part of the afternoon refinishing furniture. I'm counting this as my workout today!!

                    40 flights of stairs and 30 minutes Wii Fit. It was fun! It did weigh me 6 pounds higher than my normal scale, but oh well, I had shoes/clothes on. And it's still a lot less than last spring.
