I finally got back to my weight lifting routine this morning! It took 50 minutes instead of the usual 45 because I did it very slowly and deliberately.

I've only done it twice since blueberry season began in mid-July and I could feel it! My back ached and my legs were cramping but now I feel great!!!!

I took my first Spin class--it was...fun, exhausting, fun, embarrassing (I couldn't keep up), fun, and numbing to my backside. I lasted 27 minutes out of 60 and then walked a mile on the treadmill. Mini goal--stay in Spin class for at least 35 min next time!
