          I rode the stationary bike 5 miles in 20 minutes and then went outside and made 10 runs down the sledding hill with the kids! I'm really good and packing down the snow, so they like for me to go down to create the run first.

          I was actually surprised that this year I can hike back up the hill without even getting winded! I love what exercise has done for me!!
