  • 6 WEC #56, Week 5, Day 2, Monday, November 2nd

    Just popping in to start today's thread then I am off to bed for the rest of the day
    Walked 1/2 mile to the chemist (collecting my antibiotics to try and shift this darned cold/flu ) and 1/2 mile back home instead of using the car to get 'some' exercise in today! Have had to cancel my usual gym classes for tonight
    Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

    F/60 yrs/5ft 5.5" (Though due to collapsing vertebrae I am now only 5'3" - but I refuse to recalculate my BMI )
