    Either I am blind (possible) or there is no thread for today??? It is 7:20 here! Well, I'll start in case everyone else is feeling shy

    20 minutes on the stationary bike

    213 - 50% of the way to goal - Met October 21, 2009
    Onederland - Met December 23rd, 2009
    180 - High School grad weight - Met May 5, 2010
    163 - No longer obese______
    136 - No longer overweight (yes, I know this is lower than my goal weight)
