    Slug free awards:
    As with every challenge, you will have 1 week to check out the charts and report to me any additions that need to be made.
    If you don't update, I'll take the liberty to add PTO days as necessary, if you have them available. I will not do any more updates to the #56 charts after Novemeber 14. Changes/additions will be made to my master list.
    I pretty much know who made it, who didn't and will send slug free awards asap.

    Ok, I will go first.
    I was actually pleasantly surprised when I measured and weighed in this weekend. Yay for a small whoosh!

    Pounds lost: 9
    Inches lost: 11

    Details:
    Start (10/4 on my record) End(11/14)
    weight: 148/139
    Upper chest: 35/34
    chest:36/35
    ribcage:32/31
    waist:29/27.5
    hips: 40.5/38
    arms: 11.5/11 (both left and right)
    thighs: 24/22(left)23(right)...that seemed odd but I measured it a few times to make sure

    Thanks! I love this challenge! The charts are very helpful too..thanks for doing that.

        Thanks for hosting this challenge Jimmie - It keeps me motivated to keep moving! It is also nice to compare numbers every 6 weeks - weighing & measuring weekly, it sometimes seems slow...but the every 6 weeks numbers really highlight progress THANK-YOU!

        136 - No longer overweight (yes, I know this is lower than my goal weight)

          43/42 around chest under arms, 1 inch lost
          47 1/2/ 45 fullest part of breast, 2 1/2" lost
          39 1/2/ 39 1/2, rib cage below breast, stayed the same
          45/43, waist, 2" lost
          52/49 hips, 3" lost
          27/27, 27/27 thighs, stayed the same
          16 1/4 & 16 1/2/ 15 & 15 1/2, biceps, 2 1/4 inches lost

          A total of 10 3/4 inches lost.
          A total of 16 pounds lost.

          Wow, I am impressed with everyones results! Way to go us. We did good on this one!
