2 hours of sledding--I'm counting the hike back up the hill each time as my exercise. The flying down the hill on the sled was just a bonus! Last year I went sledding 1 time!! That's it! It was too exhausting for me. I've already been out 4 times this year with many many more sledding trips to come. I might even get up the courage to get on some skiis in a few months.
