    rest day for me so far as this challenge goes

      The Firm Cardio Party DVD 20 minutes

      Was a rest day for me but felt like I wanted to release some energy this morning before beginning the day

      Plus cheated a bit on my diet, just dusted my self off and i'm on the right track again tomorow

        should have been a rest day, it was too gorgeous to not go out for a walk.
