Struggled my way through C25K Week 2 Day 2 (i have no idea why it was harder today than yesterday - I think i'll take a couple of days off from C25K... maybe I did Day 2 too soon), plus an extra 10 minutes on treadmill for a total of 30.
Upper body weights (shoulders, triceps, biceps) - 10 min
280 various crunches plus my workout partner dared me to do the pose where its kind of like you're doing a push up (toes to the ground, body straight, resting on arms, get it???) for one minute. damn it burned. but i liked it!
