    plus 1/2 walk in deep snow at the dog park

        I did my 30 minutes of wii fit and 30 minutes of walking except it was in the mall - it was too cold and tooo windy to do it outside.

          Started Atkins on December 8th, 2005

          Officially Re-Focusing on 12-28-09.

          Was, Am, Will be: 280/222/175ish.
          Started Dec 2005 and lost 105 lbs by mid 2006, maintained loss for the most part until 2009...then really let go & gained some back... lol

          so:

          12/28/09 ~ 235.1
          01/04/10 ~ 229.0
          01/11/10 ~ 229.0 Grrrrr....
          (Induction= only 6lbs but lost 10 inches! yay)

              4 hours of yard work, raking leaves, picking up limbs, etc... just in the nick of time... it's snowing
