        4.17 mile walk/jog, abs and arms.
        Started Atkins on December 8th, 2005

        Officially Re-Focusing on 12-28-09.

        Was, Am, Will be: 280/222/175ish.
        Started Dec 2005 and lost 105 lbs by mid 2006, maintained loss for the most part until 2009...then really let go & gained some back... lol

        so:

        12/28/09 ~ 235.1
        01/04/10 ~ 229.0
        01/11/10 ~ 229.0 Grrrrr....
        (Induction= only 6lbs but lost 10 inches! yay)

            Stacked firewood for an hour

            did my stability ball challenge for 30 minutes, along with
            ABS, Squats, & Pushups
            MAY 2010 Challenges
            ABS-1200, Squats-1200, Lunges-400, PushUps-700, Stability Ball-250 mins,
            I weigh once a week, Mondays !

                I did some stair exercises for 20 minutes - and then fast walked in my sub division for 20 mnutes.
