      Today I did the Wii fit for 30 minutes and then did Wii tennis for 10 minutes.

          i did use the snow blower to clear out most of the drive however, i had to shovel part of it and then carry in wood.

                  Started Atkins on December 8th, 2005

                  Officially Re-Focusing on 12-28-09.

                  Was, Am, Will be: 280/222/175ish.
                  Started Dec 2005 and lost 105 lbs by mid 2006, maintained loss for the most part until 2009...then really let go & gained some back... lol

                  so:

                  01/04/10 ~ 229.0
                  01/11/10 ~ 229.0 Grrrrr....
                  (Induction= only 6lbs but lost 10 inches! yay)

                      4 hours of fence building and at least 3 miles of walking....
                      And I'm sore from lifting railroad ties into place....
