      Taking care of 2 sick ones, so I'm not finding time for myself. Not sure if Rest Day or PTO, so whatever you would like to use for me is okay!

        i'll put it as a rest day but we'll see how the rest of the week pans out. so long as you get 4 days of exercise, the other days can be rest days.

            2.5 mile walk in (in places) foot deep snow - that is major for here! Good cardio and core (not slipping)

              40 minutes of shoveling the driveway again. I am officially tired of winter, I couldn't imagine living any more North where this is a normal occurrence.

              Then I squated and did a crossfit workout

                        Too icy here to do much walking as our one and only small snowfall this winter has turned to ice! Swimming for me.

                          Officially Re-Focusing on 12-28-09.

                          Was, Am, Will be: 280/222/175ish.
                          Started Dec 2005 and lost 105 lbs by mid 2006, maintained loss for the most part until 2009...then really let go & gained some back... lol

                          so:
                          Restart Progress:
                          12/28/09 ~ 235.1
                          01/04/10 ~ 229.0
                          01/11/10 ~ 229.0 Grrrrr....
                          (Induction= only 6lbs but lost 10 inches! yay)
