    even though i worked today, i'm going to call this a rest day.

          1 hour digging 100 pounds of concrete out of muddy clay soil.

                5.09 mile mostly run, some walk.
                Started Atkins on December 8th, 2005

                Officially Re-Focusing on 12-28-09.

                Was, Am, Will be: 280/222/175ish.
                Started Dec 2005 and lost 105 lbs by mid 2006, maintained loss for the most part until 2009...then really let go & gained some back... lol

                so:

                01/04/10 ~ 229.0
                01/11/10 ~ 229.0 Grrrrr....
                (Induction= only 6lbs but lost 10 inches! yay)
