    Pilates class

    (yea! Pilates class is back...we've been off for "Christmas break" since mid-December!)

    136 - No longer overweight (yes, I know this is lower than my goal weight)

                              Officially Re-Focusing on 12-28-09.

                              Was, Am, Will be: 280/222/175ish.
                              Started Dec 2005 and lost 105 lbs by mid 2006, maintained loss for the most part until 2009...then really let go & gained some back... lol

                              so:

                              (Induction= only 6lbs but lost 10 inches! yay)
