    sorting, stacking and bringing in fire wood. then cleaning up the garage and drive of the smaller, trashy wood pieces. about 1.5 hours

              Other than my other challenges, drove all day, so....

                        Started Atkins on December 8th, 2005

                        Officially Re-Focusing on 12-28-09.

                        Was, Am, Will be: 280/222/175ish.
                        Started Dec 2005 and lost 105 lbs by mid 2006, maintained loss for the most part until 2009...then really let go & gained some back... lol

                        so:

                        01/04/10 ~ 229.0
                        01/11/10 ~ 229.0 Grrrrr....
                        (Induction= only 6lbs but lost 10 inches! yay)
