    OK Where have I been

    Here it is

    Thursday Morning" 1&1/2 Mile Swim

then got home & as I was preparing to go to work my wife collapsed on the floor early Thursday AM ended up in the hospital where she had emergency surgery & I bounced beween the hospital, house, office for 72 hours. Finally my brother in law was able to fly in on Sat/Sunday redeye to lend a hand & my wife was discharged from the hospital so things are slowing approaching some sort or normalcy

Amazingly I lost a pound while not working out nor eating properly!

Sunday evening I got in 15-20 Minutes of Lap Swimming while waiting for my sons class to finish

    Today back to normal
    Morning Session: 2Km Swim
Afternoon Session: 25 Minutes Lifting + FreeWeights, 30 Minutes Ellipitical in the office gym
I try to take one day at a time but sometimes several days attack me at once

    Started June 1, 2003
    Start 229/ Now at 188/ Goal 175

Straight White Male, Married, 56 Years Old looking for........
