        Another day without exercise today though I did manage to get downstairs to the shop to check out the answerphone messages.
        Hopefully after I see the doc tomorrow he will have some news from my blood test results and be able to prescribe better painkillers to allow me to get about more soon.
        I never imagined I would be missing not getting to the gym!

                          Rest day again. I twisted my knee but hope to get in a walk tomorrow so I don't have to take a PTO day.

                              I did not work today day.
                              Had a migraine.
                              Still have one POOO
                              Hopefully it'll go away.

                              So I guess this uses up my last PTO day... lol
                              Started Atkins on December 8th, 2005

                              Officially Re-Focusing on 12-28-09.

                              Was, Am, Will be: 280/222/175ish.
                              Started Dec 2005 and lost 105 lbs by mid 2006, maintained loss for the most part until 2009...then really let go & gained some back... lol

                              so:
