Another day without exercise today though I did manage to get downstairs to the shop to check out the answerphone messages.
Hopefully after I see the doc tomorrow he will have some news from my blood test results and be able to prescribe better painkillers to allow me to get about more soon.
I never imagined I would be missing not getting to the gym!Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

Officially Re-Focusing on 12-28-09.
Was, Am, Will be: 280/222/175ish.
Started Dec 2005 and lost 105 lbs by mid 2006, maintained loss for the most part until 2009...then really let go & gained some back... lol
