It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!

I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

well, this is my first post in this area..i have fitness class today and this is what i did in an hour...

                1) elliptical (5 minutes)
                2) treadmill (5 minutes running)
                3) stairmaster (5 minutes)
                4) bike (5 minutes)
                5) Dips (5 minutes)
                6) rowing machine (5 minutes)
                7) working on abs for the rest of the session..

Oh, for the abs it's pretty easy moves..the most challenging and rewarding one for me is simple..you can either get yourself and a buddy or grab onto an exercise equiptment that's heavy and won't move. Grab your partners ankles and you lift up your legs, they push them back down (don't let them hit the floor) and you use your abs and hips to raise them up again so they can push them back down. Let me tell you, the first tries hurt like ****, but you'll get used to them and see the results. Just try to do 10 the first time, and see what happens. :yes
