    Here are my starting Stats:

    -Under arms, around chest: 40
    -Fullest part of chest: 42
    -Ribcage: 36
    -Waist: 37.5
    -Hips: 47
    -Upper arm : 12
    -Thigh: 27.5
    -Weight: 198

    Here are my ending Stats:

    -Under arms, around chest: 39.5 =.5 inches lost
    -Fullest part of chest: 40.5 =2 inches lost
    -Ribcage: 35.5 =.5 inches lost
    -Waist: 35 =2.5 inches lost
    -Hips: 44 =3 inches lost
    -Upper arm : 11.5 =.5 x2 = 1 inch lost
    -Thigh: 27 =.5x2=1 inch lost
    -Weight: 185 =-13lbs lost

    Total inches lost: 10.5 inches
    Total pounds lost: 13lbs


    My better than my last two challenges

    • Female Age: 28
    • Height: 5' 2"
    • Start Induction Weight: 245 lbs 3/1/08
    • Start Induction Again: 223lbs 11/10/09
    • Target Goal for Vacation: 170lbs 6/5/10

      I lost 1lb and 2.5 inches.

      240 - University grad weight - Met July 29, 2009
      213 - 50% of the way to goal - Met October 21, 2009
      Onederland - Met December 23rd, 2009
      180 - High School grad weight - Met May 5, 2010
      163 - No longer obese______
      136 - No longer overweight (yes, I know this is lower than my goal weight)

        Weight - 218.5 ~ 213 = 5.5

        Measurements.. start ~ end = difference
        Upper Arm x 2 = (13.5)27 ~ (13)26 = 1
        Upper Chest = 43 ~ 42 = 1
        Fullest part of Chest = 46 ~ 44.5 = 1.5
        Ribcage = 41 ~ 40 = 1
        Waist = 43 ~ 42 = 1
        Hips = 45 ~ 45 = 0
        Thigh x 2 = (25)50 ~ (25)50 = 0


        Total Lost ~ 5.5 lbs and 5.5 inches
        MAY 2010 Challenges
        ABS-1200, Squats-1200, Lunges-400, PushUps-700, Stability Ball-250 mins,
        I weigh once a week, Mondays !
