    Morning Session: 1&1/2 Mile Swim
    Afternoon Session: 30 Minutes Ellipitical/Office Gym then off to a dinner appointment
    I try to take one day at a time but sometimes several days attack me at once

          Gorgeous sunny spring day, a bit on the cool side (50F) so I am hitting the garden again for the last "Raking the Leaves Blitz"!

              Last night 15 min upper body weights and 25 min treadmill.

              Tonight 30-45 min treadmill if my daughter's headphones work. Mine bit the dust. :anger

                Walked on the treadmill for 30 minutes.

                Then walked around the zoo for 3 hours. Gotta love spring!

                      I'm not working out tonight. Today is the first anniversary that I lost my kitty, Miracle to cancer. I've been crying off and on all day and my energy is gone.

                      I'll work harder tomorrow.

                              Today I walked around an auction for 2.5 hours
                              I did WATP express 2 mile brisk
                              I did 100 crunches of various types in 20 rep sets
                              I did 100 pelvic tilts of various types in 20 rep sets

                              Hope to do all my stuff tomorrow.
