I am signing up for the 6WEC #61.
I am in my first week of induction and am excited to join in the exercise challenge.
I commit to working out 5 days a week. During my daily posts do I need to say what exercises I did and the duration?
Am I to reply to thread like this during the challenge?
Looking forward to this adventure

welcome to the board and welcome to the 6 wec!
you can state whatever you want
some state the exercise only, some include the time and some include both. some state a variety of exercises that they have done. so you see, however you want to do it is fine by us. 
as for the daily postings, you will see a new thread every day. the thread is started by whoever gets here first. it doesn't have to be started by me or anyone in particular.
the first thread for the challenge will look like this:
6 WEC #61, Week 1, Day 1, Sunday, May 2
then the next day will look like this:
6 WEC #61, Week 1, Day 2, Monday, May 3
and so on till we get to the end of the challenge.
what you will post in this thread, if you wish to try for a ribbon {3 are given out} is your measurements, using the stats in the first post but placed here for your convenience:
-Under arms, around chest
-Fullest part of chest
-Ribcage
-Waist
-Hips
-Upper arm x 2
-Thigh x 2
-Weight
at the end of the challenge, the losses are recorded in the results thread, which i will post at the proper time.

I'm so excited to actually get in on this exercise challenge! Count me in for 4 days. I think I'm pushing it by saying 4 days but then again I want to push myself! Thanks!
