        Re: #60 results thread

Great results so far! I am in pre-maintenance so mine are pretty small but still good to me.

Its funny but I consistantly lost 1/2 inch everywhere, except my arms and thighs which stayed the same (of course).

        Chest, under arms: -1/2 in~now 32.5
        Mid chest:-1/2 in~now 33
        ribcage: -1/2 in~now 30
        waist: -1/2 in~now 26.5
        hips:-1/2 in~now 37
        arms: still 10.5
        thighs: still 21.5(r) and 21(L)

        Lost 1.5lbs, now 129

Thanks so much for the challenge! It has been fun and is very motivating for me to check in daily (or almost daily ) and see what everyone else is doing for exercise.

          Re: #60 results thread

          Here are my results:

-Under arms around chest: lost 1
-Fullest part of chest: lost .5
          -Waist: lost 1.5
          -Hips: lost 0
-Upper arm: lost left 1.25 right 1.25
          -Thigh: none
          Total inches = 5.5
          -Weight: lost 4 pounds

This was the first time I've taken measurements - I wish I had done this right at the beginning of my weight loss journey.
I'm really proud of these accomplishments. I didn't loose any weight this week, but that's fine with me as I did eat a little off plan during my few days in NY. It shows me that I can enjoy a little extra off plan and was a good idea of what maintenance could be like.
I'm going to try a little harder with my exercise for challenge #61. Knowing everyone is here for support does make me accountable.
Congratulations to everyone who has already posted their results.
