I flew to NY yesterday to visit with my daughters for a few days. This morning I took a fast walk for 30 mins in a park next to the East River, near Gracie Mansion and did some stairs. Plus today we have walked for hours and and there are plenty of stairs everytime we took a subway.Female 5'2"

Starting Hips: 42" Now 40.5" lost 1.5"
Stating Upper arm: 12" Now 11.5" lost 0.5" x 2 = 1"
Starting Thigh: 23" Now 22" lost 1" x 2 = 2"
Lost 12" total
