    I just figuring out how to work the forums. Not use to posting. I started the challenge on Saturday, this is my first day to post. Will post everyday from now on. Ihaven't wo this much in 3yrs Yeah Me!!
    Sat-30min wo video/Sun-yard work/Mon-1hr walk/Tues-30min wo video
    189 - The awesome 80's (haven't seen those since "04)
    182 - 20lb loss
    172 - 30lb loss
    162 - 40 lbs loss - Key West Baby!
    Still have more to go but 162 is my first goal!And I'm leaving for Key West June 30th! Totally crazy goal/but totally committed!!!

    sunday was the first day of the challenge so saturday won't show up on any chart. i'll have the updates in this thread posted on tomorrows chart.

      i'm doing my biking in segments today and segment 1 is done.

        Mini Goal #1: Fit back into "Fat Jeans" - MET 3/25/10!

        Mini Goal #5: Remove wedding ring for repair (Happily Married!)

                  Today I was pushed for time but I did an longer walk than usual with the dogs this evening, plus some step aerobics.

                    zumba for 30 minutes, tango lesson 1 hour.... yay!
