    15mins of lunges, squats and wall sits
    P90x shoulders and arms

        30 mins upper body and cardio then some abs




        Goal 1 - 5lbs - met 04/10/10
        Goal 2 - 10lbs - met 05/02/10
        Goal 3 - 15lbs
        Goal 4 - 20lbs
        Goal 5 - 25lbs
        Goal 6 - YAY 30lbs lost!!!

                              I was painting all day. I was up at 4:45 and did the ceiling, then the walls and finally finished at 5:30. I am exhausted and sore. So, feeling that was my exercise if possible. If not I think I have to do a PTO, which is fine also.
