    149.8/no weigh/ 119



    1st goal: 139 (earlier weight)
    what the rungs mean to me:
    rung 1 - more veggies
    rung 2 - dairy (some milk in coffee)
    rung 3 - seeds, nuts (mostly sprinkled on salads)
    rung 4 - berries, melon
    rung 5 - wine -
    rung 6 - beans, hummus
    rung 7 - other fruits
    rung 8 - carrots/ potatoes (nah, prolly not)
    rung 9 - whole grains (fresh Dutch breads...)
    Major Goal - 128 lbs/ healthy range
    (on to pre-maintenance)

        Took the dogs on an extra long walk - close to 4 miles and did a DVD.

          This is a rest day for me.
          Thought I'd love it, but am feeling a bit guilty.

                i love seeing y'all posting i love the little comments {as i told one challenger in the last 6 wec }. it kinda just makes my day to see you busy and see what you doing and you are, even if you don't know it, an encouragement to me.

                        15 minutes stationary bike at 15 mph (low resistance)

                        Mini Goal #1: Fit back into "Fat Jeans" - MET 3/25/10!

                        Mini Goal #3: 210
                        Mini Goal #4: 199
                        Mini Goal #5: Remove wedding ring for repair (Happily Married!)
