    5 Minute warm up on stationary bike
    50 upper body reps
    50 lower body reps
    ran 2 miles
    3 minute cool down on stationary bike

    It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!




    I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

                      Ok today I did 1 hour on that airofit.

                      That came up to a little over 4 miles wow
                      also did 100 crunches
                      100 pelvic tilts

                          taking a rest day today.. just needed one more day to get over my hacking cough and after 6 cups of decaf green tea over the past 2 days I feel so much better now.

                          Unless 2 hours of playing pool counts as excercise?

                            More yard work today, along with 50 pushups and 2.5 miles on the bike with increased tension :yikes OMG that was hard

                              I achieved my three days of exercise last week and started the week off in good style by doing 45 mins of strength training today.
