        Hey!

Talk about glum........ :sadblinky it snowed here on Saturday, only in the 30's (F) yesterday, and so far all the way up to 38 F today.........I think I'll just cancel the rest of today and go back to bed!

Man oh Man I am truly sick to death of this cold weather. :anger It's Spring for heavens sake! Where are the blue skies and warm temperatures....I would be thrilled with anything in the 50's (F).

Oh well, sooner or later it has to warm up, I guess I am just over anxious after the long long winter.

        Ta, till tomorrow.

Oh BTW did Burn it Up. Simply could not face bundling up to go running.

              gotcha

Sat&Sun: I did lots of walking from the trailer house to the lake (including practically climbing down the steep rocky bank just to get to the water) carrying fishing gear.

              Mon: Rest day.

1 hour weight training, including 160 crunches.

Those crunches are getting easier and easier...thinking I might need to start using some resistance with the bowflex. Amazing how fast your body adjusts to exercise. Very cool.
