        Hey!

Have a whopper duzzer of a cold. Breathing is about the maximum exertion I can manage today. :sadblinky Oh man, three years without a cold……..I am not doing this very gracefully at all.

        Hoping tomorrow will go better.

          :hug Feel better Jordan!!
OK, did SIS Start it Up (again). I sent my niece a copy of SIS and she got it yesterday and started today. So I am going to do it with her (well, with her but 1200 miles apart? LOL) She is so psyched it is cute! We had almost identical stats to start with. She has given up on Atkins and is doing whatever she is doing now diet wise. But I only have her by about 8-10 pounds, she is trying to catch me!
So, I am back on the SIS wagon!! :joy Let's see what happens this time around!

Walked from flat to local shops and back home again twice - took about forty minutes or so - instead of taking buses.
