        Ok so I did 1 mile on the airofit

        then I painted. First with a roller, then edging with a brush and finally sponge painting. Holy cow.

              Walked 45 mins-1 hr *not sure of the time* around the beach - so on the sand woo!
              F 24 5'10 SW - 217 GW 170 restarted atkins 1/14/08 - This time I'm sticking with it!

                  25 mins strength training

                  Got my exercise bike delivered on Saturday but am totally unfit so it's gonna take me AGES to get to doing lots of pedalling on it.... but had several goes over the weekend, a couple of minutes at a time.
