                hey this is monday may 9th not the 8th! don't confuse the confused any more than you have to!

                bike: 7 miles 37 minutes 411 calories
                crunches: 4 sets, 13 reps each

                    I did WATP express 2 mile
                    100 crunches
                    100 reverse cruches
                    100 pelvic tilts

                    might do more later
