tried to exercise, and hurt my knee. I'm afraid if I push myself it'll do more damage than good (I've been there already and don't want to go back)

          Hey!

Tried a new "Strength Training" program on DVD. It's a three disk series called, "Keeping Fit in You 50's. (Strength, Aerobics, and Flexibility).

Today I did the "Strength" one - it's 40 minutes and hits all of the major muscle groups.

After doing the Slim in 6 series, this one is a "cake walk"! Much easier and gentler on the poor bod. I am not sure if I like it.....somehow I feel like I am getting away with something! But I will give it another few tries. I will use it on my "Rest Days" and continue to run on my exercise days.

          Ta, till tomorrow.
