    Walked to the gym, realised I only had one training shoe and then walked back.

    10 minutes walking today!

    It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!




    I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

      Hey!

      Walked to the gym, realised I only had one training shoe and then walked back.
      I'm impressed at how well you took that into stride.....had it been me I would have turned the air blue the first half of the walk back!!!!

      Ran 5 miles in 50 minutes.

        I didnt so much take it my stride really, I did turn the changing room blue!

            bike: 6.9 miles 33 minutes 405 calories
            crunches: 4 sets 13 reps each

                I got lots of walking in. Went out of town for SIL's college graduation. Had a heck of a hike from where we parked. Then had to climb up and down several flights of stairs just to get to some seats. And walked the mall for a couple hours on top of that. :yikes The stairs really made my butt muscles sore Hehe
