    It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!




    I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

    MON 5/16 - walked around mall for 2 hours

    TUE 5/17 - ran up and down the stairs for 15 minutes

    WED 5/18 - 45 minutes Gazelle

    THU 5/19 - 45 minutes Gazelle

    FRI 5/20 - 45 minutes Gazelle

    SAT 5/21 - 20 minutes hiking

          Hey!

          Change of pace today....planned on doing the "arms and abs" section of Burn it Up, got started, phone call put the boot to that. :anger

          Call it a Rest Day.

            Will do at least half an hour on my exercise bike tonight and maybe some strength training tomorrow but will let you know about that later!

            Looking forward to doing all the measurements on Sunday and giving myself something to go for for the next six weeks.

              I'm looking forward to the next challenge! :joy

              I haven't done much this week because of family, funeral, etc. <sigh> But I'm ready to hit it HARD next week!

              And.... I'll be burning cals/fat from all the housecleaning I'm doing this weekend. I'll be scrubbing floors on my hands and knees.

              I'll take my measurements this weekend.

                    Only 2 miles on the bike today. But it was on my real bike, outside! woohoo! Still semi sick, but I was excited to get the bike back.
