              Waist: 35 down to 32 inches
              Fullest bit of bust: 43 down to 41 inches
              Hips: 46 down to 43 inches
              Arm beside shoulder: 15.5 down to 14 inches
              Thighs: 27 down to 23 inches
              Calf has stayed the same at 14 inches

              Weight - have gone from 150.5 lbs to 148.5 lbs. Not brilliant on the weight loss but maybe at the end of the next six weeks I'll have better news on that front. In the meantime, am delighted with the inches off.

                              Well, forgot to have hubby measure me before he went out of town for the week, so I've had to do it myself. A couple of places I actually gained inches, so not too happy about that, and not sure why either (hips and ab). But I've also lost in other areas, anyway...here it is.

                              Under Arms... +.5
                              Chest.............-.5
                              Ribcage..........-2
                              Waist.............+2
                              Hips...............+.5
                              Right Arm.......-1.5
                              Left Arm.........-1
                              Right Thigh.....-.5
                              Left Thigh.......-.5
                              Weight........... -4lbs.

                              So, only 3 inches lost and 4 pounds.

                              I changed up my exercise routine this last 6 weeks, Added weight training in 3 days a week and did low-intensity walking. Going to add in higher intensity walking and still do the weight training for the next challenge. Also watch my diet a bit closer. I've not been eating "illegal" foods, but I haven't been watching the consumption of sweetners as I should and haven't been drinking my water as well as I should either. Maybe the next challenge I'll see better results.

                              The excellent thing is because of these challenges, I haven't missed a single day of planned exercise (5/7) in 12 weeks!
