Nope, no follow up. I'm going to call after thanksgiving. She was supposed to call me but I lose my cell phone and replacing it lost all the messages I got when I was in canada, so I don't know if she called while I was out of the country or not.

hair loss is a symptom of hypothyroid too.
it can be from weight loss too and will be temp
it can be from a biotin definency too and other vits and minerals. have you checked your ww.fitday.com to see if you are deficient in any vis or minerals in the reports section?

My hair falls out at the slightest change in my insides, it seems. It's very annoying. I hope it'll be temporary, it's always what makes me quit atkins - it's just that this time I need more than 2 months to lose the weight i've gained! :P So, I have to stick to it. Heh.
I might be deficient in vitamins, but definitely not biotin, I take that every day faithfully! I should probably take a multivitamin but I always forget.

forgetting the vits is like forgetting to but oil in the car your engine will stop after burning itself up. we need manymnay vits for enzyme productions that run the reactions that move the fat and keep the body going.
