I have a question. I take T3T4 120 mgs. a day. I was thinking of adding CQ10 and L-carnitine as an added aid in helping me lose weight. Any suggestions? I'm not sure if that's a good idea. Thanks :wave

actually those are supplements. you might want to hold off on the L-carnitine to see if you need it as we are getting a very large amount of it in our meats in our Atkins WOE. it is useds in the brain and in the acetyl form as a transporter of fatty acids for energy. it shouldn't have any effect on the production of thryoid hormones.by the book atkinseer
