    Update: It's a slow process for me. I'm at close to 5 weeks and have only lost 16 lbs but I am grateful for that...actually I think if I can lose 10 lbs a month I will be happy.

      Being happy is what it is about.
      You are getting healthier and pounds are staying off - not coming on.
