throat fullness ear fullness

I have both right now for about 2-3 weeks and I am thinking it's cause of my thyroid. I am beginning to feel extremely sluggish and tired I have no energy and it has been comming for a while and it's like BAM it hits me like a ton of bricks. I feel like I constantly have a ball of snot just stuck in my throat and in the morning I can't swallow. I have never had a problem with snoring and now I do that I can't seem to breath through my nose which is strange cause it's clear. I have all these weird things going on and was wondering if any of you have had this before.

I am going in today to get my labs done and hopefully I will know what is going on.

Do you know how to do the self neck exam?

Stand infront of a mirror and tilt your head back. swallow and see if you see any lumps across your windpipe about 1/2 way down your neck or on either side. That is where the thyroid is.

I don't feel any but I don't know hopefully that is a good thing. I am going in today so I should know in a couple days
