there was a news story about a football player that died from taking ephedra a few yrs ago , there are a certain line of drinks being banned due to containing it , seems like a dangerous thing to be taking

the accel is ephedra free now and is just baically green tea ans somew caffine wuth some of the already prescribed minerals. Check your vits and drink some grean tea instead way cheaper.

Not promoting/recommending it or anything, but Ephedrine HCL is a watered down version of Ephedra, without most of the side effects and can be found OTC. I just started my ECA stack today. Cheap and insanely effective.

Ephedra is still illegal in most of the U.S. Ephedrine, as conatined in some medications, is another story. ECA is a stack containing Ephedrine HCL, Caffine and Asprin. It's used as a fat burner, energy booster and thermogenic. And again, I'm not in anyway recommending it. Do not hold me liable if anything.

Coffee cotains caffine. Pop contains caffine. See people dropping dead left and right by drinking coffee? Besides, tea in general contains less caffine than coffee. Caffine is fine in moderation, but like any stimulant, using too much might cause your nervousness, anxiety and what not.

you can buy caffeine free green tea and drink it along with your water to get the thermogesic effect from it. cafiene is an insulin sitiulating chemical and insulin is a fat storing hormone so you do not want to be using anything with caffeine in it while trying to lose weight on Atkins.
Xven isn't your ordinary overweight person using Atkins to get healthy and smaller and what he does is not what Dr Atkins recomemnds. (You can find his intro and learn about him if you are curious.)

Man...I don't know if you guys have different versions of Ephedra or Ephedrine in the States, but up here in Canada it is illegal and banned and is still KILLING people. How badly do you want to lose weight?

I took Ephedra a couple of years ago for some time and I lost about 80 lbs. My heart raced constantly and I became irritable and mean. My best friends actually had to have an intervention with me because they didn't know how much longer they could stay friends with me. It is back on the market here right now, you can purchase it online.

I recently found this supplement store near my location and called and talked to the manager for almost an hour, lol. She explained all the ephedra mumbo-jumbo to me and i still dont understand. But what I did get out of the conversation was ephedra was never publicly banned. What they did was ban the companies who abused the limits and let the ones who followed the guidelines keep it in stores.

I myself called about the stacker 3's (to get her opinion) and she said the company that makes stackers is one of the companies that was banned, BUT since the case hasnt been settled yet...its still on the market, but could potentially be gone for good. Thats why she told me about another pill w\ ephedra from a company that will always have it since they stuck with the guidelines, that way if it works and i decide to stick with it, i will always be able to get it.
