I was wondering if someone could look at my supplements and see what they think. I have always hating taking vitamins so this is new to me. Basically what I did was went on the Atkins sight and read about different products and picked what I felt I needed (besides the core 4, that I have as my main). So here they are:
basic 3 : 3 per day
Accel before meals
Dieters advantage : 1 before each meal
chromium (picolinate) : 1 per day
Activin (grape seed extract) : 1 per day
Magnesium Orotate: 1 per day
Atkins Immune: 1 per day
AF #2: 3 per day
Essential oils w/CLA: 2 per day
