After reading some of the posts here I started looking through my suppliments for hidden sugar additives. Most seem to be ok with the only questionable additive being cellulose. My multi-vit has glucose and dextrose in it (much to my :yikes ).
Here's my question(s):
Does it really matter in such small amounts that these sugars are present?
If yes, which additives should we look for/avoid? Like I said most contain cellulose which I'm guessing just helps to hold the darn thing together.
